Therapeutic coaching is a powerful tool that can help you achieve your goals and fulfill your dreams. It can support you during times of stress and confusion, and—with the right approach—it has the power to transform your life.
Coaching sessions typically last one to two hours, depending on the client’s needs. They can be private or group sessions, as well as individual work. The philosophy behind this form of therapy is to help people reach their goals sooner rather than later. It is therefore suited to anyone who wants to feel better as soon as possible!
We all need a listening ear and a guiding hand! However, the art of listening without giving unsolicited advice or offering ready-made solutions is not something everyone possesses. It is a profession in its own right… During my therapy sessions, I guide my clients through the tunnel they feel trapped in, toward their own way out. Without judgment or directives, but instead using techniques that help them discover their own paths. I never go beyond ten sessions, as I firmly believe that time is a crucial factor in healing. The longer the process, the less beneficial the sessions tend to be. In all my work, fast and effective results are my number one priority.
