It’s not always easy to expose yourself like this in public, but I’ve found that the more I do it, the more natural it becomes. I truly appreciate having the opportunity to share the things I love, the places I discover, and some of my most intimate moments with a kind and growing community.

My life journey has taught me a lot. Here, I’ll share three major lessons that I’ve really absorbed and would like to tell each of you:

First lesson: Let go!… EVERYTHING! Let go of all anger, all questioning about a fact, a past, a lived experience…

Second lesson: Live! You may have multiple lives if you believe in reincarnation, but for now, this is the only TRUTH! And by “Live,” I don’t mean just surviving, but truly living each moment fully and consciously…

Third lesson: Dream! Dreaming is the true motivator of daily life and the guiding thread towards realization…

I chose to become a therapist using Rapid Transformational Therapy because deep down, I feel it is my mission to help anyone who is ready for personal development to move forward with confidence and pure intentions—toward becoming the best version of themselves.

My engineering mindset, combined with deep empathy, makes each of my sessions truly effective.

I help release emotional blocks so quickly that the idea of weekly appointments for months simply doesn’t exist in my vocabulary.
